I purchased this wine opener in November 2016. The first time I used it, it worked perfectly. Since then, the cork goes in the bottle, not out of the bottle. Now, it doesn't work at all. I tried to return it but was advised my "window" for return has expired. I am not happy. This is the first thing I have ever purchased from Amazon that has disappointed me and I order several times a month. NOT HAPPY!!

I purchased 9 kits as thank you gifts and couldn't be happier. Not only with the product but especially with the customer service. There was a crack in the wooden case and the company immediately sent out another one to replace it.I highly recommend this product but especially the company that went the extra mile to satisfy a customer.As a result I will purchase more as Christmas gifts soon.

I got his lovely wine opening set as a gift for a girl friend of mine. She has just started drinking and enjoying wine, and so didn't have much more than an inexpensive twist and pull wine opener. I thought this would be a perfect gift, along with a bottle of Moscato.I can say that she was immediately impressed. The packaging is lovely and the tools inside are very aesthetically pleasing as well. I gave this to her when she was at my house, so she immediately had her first opportunity to use it there beside me. She was super impressed with how easy it was to open the wine bottle with this rabbit style opener. I was able to quickly explain to and show her all of the different tools included in the set and how and when to use each. She was simply tickled pink. (Or that could have been the two bottles of Moscato!)Overall, I was very pleased with the packaging, and the tools within. I do feel like it is a little more pricey than the components would dictate, so I like, rather than, love this purchase.
