The size S/M fits well for children weighing between 43-68 lbs, providing a comfortable and secure fit that allows for freedom of movement during sleep.What I appreciate most is how discreet and absorbent these underwear are, giving my child confidence throughout the night. If your kid needs some help at night with accidents, these work really well. But there is a mixed bag with them, is I think it doesn't give kids a motivation or thir body an excuse to change. We have had 2 kids on them and one of the two, it was like as soon as we had them stop using them they didn't have a problem. But the other, for certain reasons, we just aren't comfortable to take the risk of hoping the same thing will happen.

We’ve tried several overnight protection brands over the years, and Goodnites work the best for my son. They’ve consistently provided leak-free nights, which hasn’t always been the case with other brands. One of the biggest pluses is how durable they are—they don’t tear easily when pulled up or down, which means that on dry mornings, we’re often able to reuse them for a second night without an issue. The design is simple and aims to look more like underwear, which is appreciated, but to be honest, they still resemble a diaper more than some other options out there. That said, the functionality and cost are what keep us coming back. They do exactly what they promise, and that peace of mind is worth it.

40+in. waist. 270 lbs. Thinner legs. Mostly mid weight. They fit perfectly! This review isn't for everyone but those interested, they fit amazingly. Room to move and stretch. They aren't going to tear like the XL. These Goodnites cover back and front completely as they rise up on both sides more. They aren't overly tight and there is room for expansion purposes. Still exercise caution when wetting. They don't absorb as fast as an adult can let go. I absolutely love them. I was struggling with tearing and tightness on the XLs. The XXL are a dream!

Over the course of the past few years I have developed incontinence throughout the night and partial during the day. Through my teenage years I used Goodnites at night for the not so fun times at that age. Fast forward to now, I resorted to the XL Goodnites since the adult pull ups were just too bulky and quite honestly would tend to leak out of the back if I wet heavy some nights. The XL Goodnites fit me ok but I weigh 165 and they just seemed to be tight enough to cause discomfort throughout the night. Absorbency was still great and I had no leaks. Now with the XXL finally coming out I gave these a shot and wow! They fit like a glove and my nights are no longer disturbed and they still have the same great absorbency as the XL’s. I have been beyond satisfied that they have come out with these and these will continue to be my go to for nighttime protection! Wow, the new XXL size is a total game changer!! My special needs child was beginning to grow out of XL and when I saw the XXL option I yelled so loud out of excitement! Goodnites are great diapers that hold a lot and they’re so soft as well! I also find this new xxl size to be a lot more stretchable than XL. Would be nice if they made cooler designs as well. But the comfort is 10/10!

I wear thicker diapers at night when sleeping normally and regular white underwear with a pad or thicker cloth training underwear during the day but have worn pull up style disposables during the day when traveling. I am a 38 waist so whe I saw these Good Nites for 165 lbs I tried these Good Nites when on a long trip. I lost control of my bladder when I got out of my car to find a bathroom and these held it all. I wound up just changing my Good NIte in the bathroom. Also fell asleep in these once. Fortunately I peed in the bathroom about 10 minutes before. I slept 9 hours straight and was soaked when waking up but only a few wet spots on my sweats. Bed was totally dry though my bladder was full and bursting so I ran and gushed out for about a minute and then kept the Good NIte on a few more minutes as I spurted up as I felt so soothing there after the relief. Love the frontal padding all the way up. Wish teh adults ones had this for guys. Many need this because we often spurt up when we pee etc. These will be great for weak bladdered high school and college guys. I even wore one in the gym and changed and no one noticed. They do not look all that diaper like.

Love these for my son with special needs! I used to switch between these and Ninjamas but Goodnites work so well for him.
