I just got this in today...ordered it Saturday morning when I started to get the worst toothache of my life!!! I'm not going to lie and say it last all day but it definitely does work...in between taking ibuprofen and Tylenol when they ware off and it's not time for my next dose this stuff came in handy....it almost gets rid of the pain completely!! I was shocked...the only down fall I noticed so far is the taste...it's awful! It almost feels like it burns your lips and tongue a little bit...still worth it though....I hate pain and this stuff really does work when it comes to pain reliever...way better then orajel!!! Make sure you use a q tip when you apply it...don't just use the little syringe it comes with cuz it feels like it burns your mouth
