After I read the review from the guy claiming cardboard my suspicions were confirmed when I received the hat with the cardboard insert tucked inside. This is inserted to keep the shape for shipping and display. If you are among the new generation that prefers a platypus size bill that looks a stream roller sat on it for a week before the manufacturer pastes a big shiny authentic sticker on it, this is not your hat. If you tend to bend your bill and have a favorite hat that breaks in so well that often times you forget you're wearing it...buy this.

Very disappointed when I received this hat and saw the Made in China tag. In the search bar I requested ball caps made in the USA. I do not buy anything with our flag on it made outside of our Country based on principal.

This ball cap fits nice and looks nice on, on that scale i have no complaints. But i have to say it is not the usual comfy ball cap material, it feels a lot scratchier on the inside and out and if i knew that i don't think i would have purchased it. If you don't mind the scratchy texture, this hat is really cute and fits nicely. The bill is also a normal length and not too long as well.

This cap was part of a gift for my husband and I'm really not pleased with it. The construction is not great, the patch was puckered when it was sewn on, and worst of all, the packaging was inappropriate. When received, it was mashed and creased and out of shape. I tried to use the steam iron and straighten it out some. I'm not going to send it back, but sure won't order another.
