I never write product reviews unless I need to warn people how crappy something was or I’m evangelizing about how it changed my life. In this case, it’s number 2, and while we’re on the subject, these have changed my life.I wouldn’t say I have a terrible diet. In fact I *try* to eat pretty healthy, but if we’re being honest sometimes I don’t even look at a vegetable for days, and I’m always dehydrated. I also travel a lot for work which is terrible for your body knowing when it’s time to go. I went from being stuck at least half the week to going twice a day LIKE CLOCKWORK. Now I know why they call it “staying regular”. Concept was totally lost on me before now.PRO TIPS:(1) When you first start taking these vitamins your innards will freak out about how much fiber you’re ingesting. Read: gas pain, bloating, extreme discomfort. Unless you’ve been training with a bowl of Raisin Bran and brussel sprouts every day, a healthy dose of fiber will do that to anyone. Start off with the 3 gummies a day as recommended until that stops being uncomfortable, then up it to 6. But here’s the trick: NOT ALL AT ONCE. I take 3 in the morning when I get up, and another 3 before bed at night to spread out the fiber (before teeth brushing, they’re sticky little buggers). No more gas pain.(2) For whatever reason Smarty Pants has not upgraded the infuriatingly narrow mouth on these bottles. The vitamins stick together and you have to fish them out with a fork or whatever implement available, and the cap must not seal tightly because the gummies do get stale after a few weeks. I bought one of these wide mouth glass jars from Ikea with a rubber gasket ‘round the lid and I dump all the gummies in there as soon as I open them. They’re much easier to get out when they’re fresh, and they STAY fresh in the jar with a good seal. I can pluck three out at a time with ease and go back to my happy craps. For travel, I dump a few in a reusable silicon bag.In conclusion: Yes there is an adjustment period of discomfort to incorporate fiber into your diet, but really though, how uncomfortable was being constipated all the time? Yes, the packaging sucks, but that was an easy fix with a one-time $6 investment in a good jar. And YES they are ~$30 a month, but can you really put a price on poops this good?

Why the heck is there so much sugar in this?? We’re not kids and don’t need that amount of sugar. For a product that promotes health they do an awful job of promoting obesity with such sugary products. The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends a maximum of 25 grams of sugar per day, and this product has 8 grams per serving, or about 32% of the daily recommended intake. The obesity epidemic is being driven by high sugar intake. This only serves to promote it while it "helps" you get your vitamins.

Unlike most vitamins, when I run out and forget to buy these for a few weeks, I feel a difference in my energy level and memory. My nails and hair grow as if I were on Prenatal vitamins again. I feel like it's because they really do have quality ingredients. Previously I would run out of my multivitamin and forget for weeks or even a month. I would feel no different, always assuming they're doing whatever is needed for my body.With these, my nails grow thinner and I start to feel different. My memory seems to go a little, my aches and pains come back (without any exertion), I just don't feel as well. I get them back into the house and my body and within a few days, I'm feeling fine again. It's really got to just be quality ingredients actually making a difference.Oh... and they taste amazing.

I have been on a long search for the perfect vitamin! I am so happy to say I finally found it with these Smarty Pants fiber vitamins. I have always been sensitive when it comes to vitamins. Most would give me extreme stomach pain and dizziness. Didn’t matter whether I ate with them or not, I would feel horrible. I also hated the minor side effects like bright green pee and mineraly tasting burps. These do not do those things, and have helped me become more “regular” 😂 I have also noticed my skin is clearing up considerably. I love how tasty they are and how they contain less sugar than most other gummy vitamins I have tried. Thanks for making a great product, Smarty Pants!

Smarty Pants are the ultimate multivitamin. They includr all of the vitamins you want to boost multiple systems (immunity, cognitive, etc). Sometimes when you buy multivitamins, you end up with the problem that you were better off taking individual vitamins. With Smarty pants you get really good amounts of each vitamin. It is very easy to swallow (I suffer from dry mouth) and the flavor is really tasty. No other vitamin compares.

I’m a health coach, so I tend to be picky on what my teens get. But I also have a very picky eater—he’s on the spectrum—so I have to get vitamins that are palatable for him. He LOVES these. I love that they have Omega 3, as well as a decent mineral profile, and that they have good quality ingredients. We see a real difference in our teens’ immune health and energy levels when they take these!

Unequal amounts. Does not contain 180 gummies/30 day supply. Very disappointingThe bottle says 180 gummies so there should be enough for 30 days.We both started ours on the 24th December so they should slat us until the 24th jan. I only have 16 left which is only enough for 2 days with a couple left over.My partner seems to have a lot more even though we take them together each morning?SmartyPants, please explain this. This is disappointing as I do like the gummies and believe they are worth the price. But not when I am not being sold the full amount for what I have paid for.

For the price and reviews I was really wanting to love this but unfortunately not for me. It’s a shame as I barely had 10 gummies. Waste.

Terrific for folks who hate pills or have difficulty swallowing them. It is wonderful they were able to combine so many of the nutrients we need, including the metafolate and methyl B12 - - and even some fish oil, but no fishy taste.

these taste pretty good...and knock wood...normally pick up a sniffle this time of year, but so far so good. People have been round me with the seasonal bugs and for the first time..I haven't got it. Definitely will buy these again!

I am glad SmartyPants decides to introduce these vitamins for adults too. Love taking them!
