Script and Cursive Alphabets: 100 Complete Fonts (Lettering, Calligraphy, Typography) Paperback – March 1, 1987

Recently I just decided that I was sick of my handwriting and it was time to change it. I've been working on it for about 2 weeks from YouTube videos, but I wanted a book so I could trace the letterings. This book is PERFECT! It arrived within 3 days and it was in perfect condition. I have tracing paper, so I'm just going through each page to get a feel for the way the letters to my name flow. I usually sign with my initials, so that's what I'm looking at in particular. I am having such a great time just tracing the pages. It's very calming. I love having all these different fonts! I wish that I could have done this as a child. I wish I had done this with my child. Thank you for a great book!

This book offers a nice variety of scripts, and they are well printed and sized on the pages. Most styles are illustrated on a full page.

a little more explanation would be great, like which tip is best for each font. But there's a lot of great examples of different styles of font to practice from.

I'm doing gunstock work, knife making, and wood carving in general. I have a complete collection of books filled with illustrations of animals, mythical creatures, weapons and etc. I wanted a complete book of letters worthy of carving. I ordered 4 different ones and this arrived first. I knew at first look I had wasted my money on the others. This has 100 complete alphabets in upper & lower form with matching numbers. For a craftspeople I'm confident this is what you need. There are many tasteful and lovely forms within.

I bought this for myself, but as soon as my niece saw it, she claimed it, and I bought another one. Great for practice and creativity.

For the price... Okay I get it or I accept it. I was hoping there would be a better variety, not more, just a variety. The fonts provided are all VERY similiar to one another. The fonts provided are not very hip, modern, or cute. These fonts are just Bleh. If you have Microsoft Office or notepad, you probably do t need to waste money or time or hopes on this... You get the same thing plus MANY more on there than from this booklet. If you are a real stickler with $4, chances are that you are if you are drawn to this specific product, don't even waste your money here... Unless you have no computer, then you should get this :)

This book was very helpful for styles of writing for my calligraphy work. I was very happy with it.
