It's the best I've found for solo or duo backpacking
The two big cons that most people call out with jetboil stove systems are the weight and the cost. I agree with the critics that there are lighter and cheaper options, but I have yet to find anything that quite stacks up to the jetboil stash. Another popular setup is the toaks 750 ml pot with a brs 3000t stove. This option is definitely cheaper and lighter (by less than 2 oz), but there are major downsides. One is the questionable quality of the brs stoves. The jetboil stove isn't the best out there but it folds nicely into the pot and nests and is a lot lighter than something like an msr pocket rocket. The other aspect is the pot on the jetboil is actually larger by 50 ml and wider and shorter, increasing the surface area on the bottom, when combined with the flux ring, helps a ton in windy conditions and just overall heat efficiency, saving time and gas on boils. Another huge detail people overlook is the integrated handle with the silicone wrap. Unless you love burning your fingers everytime you touch the pot, you're going to really appreciate the flip up handle the jetboil provides. Last thing I will note is the lid. On toaks and other comparable titanium pot brands, the lids never fully seat or lock, requiring the use of their bag that it comes with or some other method like a rubber band etc. Although I won't claim that the jetboils lid "snaps on" as they claim, because the handle flips over the top, it does secure better than the titanium lids in general. Plus because its silicone its just one less thing to get piping hot and burn yourself on. Oh and not to mention the lid holds your fuel and your lighter securely so its not rattling around in the bottom of your pot. I always comment on influencer videos on YouTube that trash talk this stove because if you do a real life comparison, the only place the jetboil loses (in my opinion) is on the price. That said, i will pay a premium for a product that so clearly beats out its competition in so many other ways.

Amazing
Used this for camping/backpacking. It is a great lightweight option that boils water quick. Have had 0 issues with it, and having that hot meal is a huge moral boost.

Ultralight and compact
Bought this for an event that required you to carry all of your gear over three days, thus managing weight was paramount. Easy to use, stows into itself, and is efficient with fuel. A 100g canister was more than adequate for 3 days of meals in sub-freezing conditions.

Good product; lid needs redesign.
After all of these years, the lid still isn’t secured, resulting in burnt fingers. Create a lid that Snaps into place and doesn’t fail when you go to pour. Everything else is fine!

After a long time deciding I went with this one ... Made the right choice
I was looking at all sorts of lightweight portable camping stoves across the board. While you may find similar and higher quality burners from other brands, and you could configure a similar system that is lighter in weight (though not by much) what won me over was the efficient quick heat exchange due to that piece at the bottom of the pot, and the integrated design of it all. Everything fits and packs together perfectly, and it just works! Easy, quick, convenient, super lightweight, and efficient. Furthermore, due to the efficiency of this design with the heat exchanger, for very long trips, this could become even more lightweight than even the lightest of other stove options. This is because of the fuel savings the efficiency brings. More efficient = less fuel you have to bring, and also you can worry less about fuel running out on your trip. Also, dont forget to bring some type of igniter! This stove doesn't have one built in. Still love it though

Phenomenal Design
Ultra lightweight. Takes some practice to master packing it down properly, but once you get it, man it packs down so well. Boils water insanely fast. I like how there are measurement markings both on the inside and the outside so you can get a rough measurement of how much you are pouring out.
