Good value for money and perfectly edible cake. Found the cake a little dry. With the second cake,I added one egg and one ounce of sugar. The subsequent cakr was moist and very tasty.

Hard to find - not available at all in U.S.
A friend of mine in England sent me one of these and using orange zest for the frosting, it made an outstanding cake. You can't find it in the U.S. or any other Ginger Cake. They are all gingerbread or spice but it's not the same.
