So for what the product does it works great it stays on for awhile ect ect. But one set back I didn't think would happen, my cat has been acting out since I put it on her. She's hissing at her dog brothers who leave her alone most of the time, she's been getting mean and eating like you would not believe and gaining weight again when I got her to lose a lot of weight, she was 30 lbs when I adopted her and I got her down to 20. I've had her for three years and just recently she stopped getting into everyone's food but she started doing it again because of the nails. She tries to bite them off. She puffs up her tail and gets agitated easily. I don't think I'll use this product anymore but that doesn't mean it doesn't work.

These caps are very sparkly and pretty. My kitten was not cooperative of applying but I expected that. So it was a tad difficult to apply to her nails and the glue got all over my fingers. I even stuck to her a couple times so the adhesive dries very quickly like superglue. I got the smallest size but they still seem a little thick and big for our 4 month kitten. It came with 5 tubes of glue but after the one application I had to dispose the tube because there is no way to salvage the tip without it clogging up... actually I just thought now that you could probably put a needle in it to keep it from drying. That might work and I will try that next time I use them. So far she has not been able to get them off even after licking, biting and pulling. It’s been one day so I am hoping they last a few days. She has a habit to jump on your legs and hold on with her claws and I am hoping this will help stop that habit. Overall I am satisfied with these caps and the price was great. Shipping was super fast!

I was skeptical to try these nail covers for my cats for years. I finally broke down and bought this kit. I have had them for about a month and they are worth it. The initial application was trying with 3 cats, but thanks to my hubby, we were able to get nails on all 3 cats relatively easily. Every few days I will find a nail cover on the floor. I am able to replace the missing nail cover with a new one easily. I was skeptical that the nail glue tube would dry out quickly, but I am still working out of the original tube. I store everything in the clear bag that it arrived in and keep it next to the nail clippers. We have only used these on the front nails and not the back since we do not have problems with them scratching furniture with their back nails. I would highly recommend these to anyone who is wanting to try.

Hard to use. Don’t stick. And they are TINY. I mean I’m only 30 years old and they weren’t easy to work with. I can’t imagine trying to use them as someone with failing eyesight. That’s how tiny they are. I am going to order another brand because I have heard from many people this is a better solution then declawing the poor cat. Once on they didn’t seem to bother the cat though.

I will buy again! However, they do take a little more work than the "name brand". I have to trim these to fit each claw, where as the name brand was perfectly sized. These are thinner material, which is a plus given i have to cut them to fit. They also do not have the grippy things inside like the name brand so I do notice they fall off esier/sooner and sometimes the tip of the cap will break off (or get chewed off, IDK!)Overall, I will buy again because of the assortment of colors and cost!! The extra effort in trimming to fit and slight more often replacement is worth the cost savings to me.

I have an all white kitty with one blue eye and one green. She also has the semitransparent fur with pale pink ears. Consequently, I would only use the colors of pink, green, or blue. Other colors will be tossed out (a waste!).I cannot claim they're easy to apply because my cat must be restrained, causing us both extreme stress. As far as longevity, she will usually get half of them off within a few hours or days. The ones that last, last a long time (like weeks). This points to my technique being faulty. Still, I use them and will continue to, as furniture is much more costly than a cat.

So I just took these pictures for this review- this is two weeks after first application.There’s maybeee 3 caps missing between the two of them. Honestly ?? That’s amazing. They stay on GREAT! Way better than I expected. And protect my body + furniture from my babies murder mittens.They were mad the first day or two (got bite-y because they couldn’t use their claws) and obsessed with trying to get them off, but, after a lot of distractions and a little bit of time they forgot about them. Im not sure how well they would work adjusting an older cat to them (behaviorally) but for kittens !!! Get them !! It’s so worth it

Everything came quickly and as promised. Cute colors. Happy with the purchase. Keep in mind the first time you apply these they often don't last long depending on when your cat sheds her nails. The second time is usually longer lasting. Also, sometimes with caps you have to assist your cat's nail in shedding some so check the ones that stay on longer. Nice to apply all one color at a time to track this!
