If you suffer from anxiety, mental stress, over-eating, smoking, etc...this is the book for you. I took life long lessons from it and even downloaded the free app. As a person with anxiety, I am now a calmer person with tools to help me stay mindful and more relaxed. Highly recommended.

Un buon libro; temi interessanti.Volutamente preso in inglese anche per fare un pò di esercizio.Un pò ripetitivo secondo me, a tratti, ma i concetti sono tutti molto interessanti.Secondo me non sostituisce il lavoro con uno specialista, ma è una buona lettura da provare a fare.

Helpeful book which gives a sens of "normality" to anxiety
Helpful book, read it twice. Gives a few techniques on how to unwind unhelpful habits. What specifically helped me was indentifing clearly habit loops
