This phone holder is very impressive yet simple. It doesn't wobble like many others very firm and sticks to its position when set... Doesn't bounce around when going over bumps or dips. The back end connecting to the vent is long enough to fit the older lexus models with vents that are sunk in. Very happy with it.

This car phone holder has a clip to attach to your car vents - and tightens up and opens and closes for adjusting it -I have an apple 11 pro max which is bigger and heavier than the regular ones and it holds it perfect ! And stays in place without falling out - I was amazed! As I have tried many of car holders and wouldn’t hold my phone or stay in place and fall over ! I recently had a new cup holder brand and it broke after a few days ! It wouldn’t hold my phone good- I m so surprised with this vent phone holder —It’s holding my phone tight and works perfect !! I’m so amazed!! And it looks good and very sturdy ! Was so easy to put on and use —!And great price !

The phone mount works very well, holds my phone without moving or vibrating, and is easy to mount or release the phone with one hand. There is one exception, however: the vane gripper is too short for my vehicle so eventually the mount can "walk" off the vane unless I remember to re-mount it occasionally. See the current ad ("2023 Upgraded" mount). The 4th photo shows 2 ways the mount will "Not grip"; one of them being the grippers not reaching to behind the vane. Yet the ad doesn't tell you what the maximum length is so you can measure your car's vent-vanes to see of this mount will fit properly. Mine, unfortunately, doesn't. Maybe the "2023 Upgraded" mount would fit better than my current one, but like the first one I'd have to buy a new one to find out. I will say that it is still usable. I just have to re-tighten it every so often, or, forgetting to do that, to re-mount it when it walks.

This holder fits the bill for cars without a lot of space and limited options for phone holders. Unless you want to pay a lot and put this on your windshield or dash, this one is a bargain. Just be careful with the clamp when placing on your vent. If your vent isn't sturdy you could damage it.

I bought three of these and all three worked great until all three broke. The good part is that they securely hold on to the cellphone over a wide range of cellphone sized. The bad part is that the fingers that hold onto the ball mount all broke off. So if you have it mounted and working, you may be OK. But if you ever unscrew fully the locking nut over the ball joint, the fingers may fall out....editThe locking fingers broke because the vent clamp would come loose requiring that I remove the holder from the clamp to reset the clamp position. Then after repeated actions, the fingers would break.Solution: I bought new phone holders and epoxied the clamp to the vent. So I'll add a couple of stars, since the holder itself is great.
