Good quality and does the job
First time with derma rolling but this was easy to use. Soaked in 70% Alcohol to disinfect before use. Washed in soapy water after use (something to do with skin proteins not being removed with the alcohol) and making sure not to drop or bang as pins on roller very delicate. Before you buy, it's worth looking on the Web for the lengths to use on different parts of the body.

Cheap crap
Dermaroller made with cheap wheel blades rather than surgical needles. Known to damage skin. My advice would be to spend a little extra on a proper needle derma roller

the roller & packaging had visible scuffs and marks like they’d been used before, little bits of fluff & almost like short hairs were in the case and needles. honestly seemed like a used product. the disks on barrel were not levelled well, so as it revolved some needles seemed at long as 1.5mm. did not use.
