What is this supposed to do? Promote immunity?

Yes, this product accelerates the immune system and respiratory health.

What do we use this for? Viral or bacterial? Or colds? Is it preventative as well?

I use it at the first sign of any sickness with my kids, cold, cough whatever. It seems to shorten things and keep them from getting out of control. I def recommend using immeidately and 3xs a day at the start of anything.
