Ive repurchased over and over, when i had bleached my hair and dyed it back to black this and the redken acidic bonding leave in revived my hair completely.

My hair aka (Coco) loves this stuff. My hair held curls great using this bonding treatment. I will recommend this to anyone. My hair was soft. Used on damp hair which made it easy to detangle. Great product.

The pictures shown are in chronological order. I’ve always preferred to heat style my hair. In 2023, my blow dryer stopped working so I chose to get my hair straightened in a salon. I told the stylist to use very low heat as I didn’t care for it being super straight. She didn’t follow through with this and my hair got severely damaged (pictures 1 and 2). I cried. A lot. I searched online for sth that could help repair my hair and found this and decided to give it a try. From the very first wash, I could tell that something was happening here. I didn’t lose as much hair and my curls and coils were starting to look more uniform. It’s been about a year and I can say that my hair is fully healed. I lost a lot of length and density but it is growing back in steadily. The one other thing I altered in my hair care was taking a break from heat styling. Anyone out there who recently suffered heat damage, give this product a try. Btw, I’ve only used one 8oz bottle to heal my hair; it’s worth every penny.

Love this product but smaller than anticipated

The media could not be loaded. *Long review *I have always had healthy, bouncy curls. Last year I got severely ill (sepsis). The recovery process from sepsis takes a HUGE toll on your body as your organs start shutting down from sepsis. This caused a lot of issues to my skin and hair. My hair texture changed drastically. For about 3months my hair fell out in clumps (I ended up taking a prenatal which helped). This caused my hair to become thin and extremely stringy as well as a lot of frizz/hair breakage all throughout. My hair porosity is now low (it was medium). I have such a hard time wearing my natural curls now due to the appearance of my hair now (I wear a lot of loose ponytails and hats now). I read how this could help for hair breakage so I decided to try it. After 2 uses (following the directions) I have seen a difference already! I follow up with a moisturizing/clarifying shampoo and a NO protein deep conditioner (too much protein can cause over process/damahe) after rinsing this product out. I highly recommend this product if you have hair breakage or hair falling out. The car pictures are after one use. Hair is still extremely frizzy and stringy, loose, limp curls. The video and 1st picture shows just a portion of my hair breakage/hair growth (it’s all throughout the front and crown area as well as the neckline) before using this product at all. The bathroom pictures are after the 2nd use. Still frizz but not as bad. Also, curls a bit more formed and bouncy.

If you don’t want to read the entire thing. Just know it’s worth the buy and does amazing things to curly/wavy damaged hair.Backstory on my hair: I had a bad bleach job done to my hair about a year ago. It cost me 5.5 inches of my hair. I slowly cut the hair off over the past year. I still have some random spots in the ends that are still damaged but mostly my hairs back to normal from that. BUT those spots that are damaged are noticeable due to my textured hair because they fall flat and straight.I’m a 2c/3a texture type. In the past year I have tried all the leave in conditioners, moisturizing hair masks, olaplex bond repairs, anything you can think of.So in rolls this curlsmith product. I try it with not much hope it’ll mend these few spots in my hair but I’m always down to try something new.First use I put it all over my hair and leave on for 1 hour. (Directions say 15 minutes minimum or up to 1 hour.) wash shampoo/condition/style like normal.I look in the mirror shocked. My curls have come to life.The shine, the definition, the bounce of my curls were unmatched. I couldn’t believe it!The second time trying it I only put it on my ends about 3.5 inches of it and did it for only 15 minutes.Still the same result! My curls came back to life and were extremely moisturized.I would say doing the hour all over my head was amazing but if you are rushing and only have the chance to do 15 minutes it’s still doing the job.It’s NOT a “dupe” of anything. This is the real deal on its own.

I use it but I don't feel a big difference so I wouldn't purchase this again. But it wasn't awful either so I would encourage you to try it maybe you'll like it better
