Awesome!
Awesome! I installed this myself. It was really quite easy once you get use to the graphics. If you read carefully you'll see that the instructions are well done. The negative review in here by a "professional installer" was posted by someone who obviously couldn't read well. The mount is perfect for my 65" inch curved screen Samsung hung over a 9 inch Mantel.

Works as expected.
Just as expected, and we're happy with it. We have a 10" mantel and it clears it. Just a couple of notes- when in the down position, it does not tilt, so just be aware of that. (It does swivel.) And when it's in its "high state" on the wall, it too does not freely tilt. You can have a set tilt setting on the wall, but know that it is slight. 7 degrees maybe? It's about 7" off the wall. This is because of the existing stud locations, we had to install and "extender" that the mount was attached to, which added a bit more space from the wall. I'm happy with the product, but just know know that this product, plus hiring a professional to install can actually cost more than the TV itself!

DUAL APPLICATIONS
The price for what I used it for was reasonable. I had it professionally installed. When the mount is up I watch TV and movies. I lower it and move my flight simulator controls in front of it. The screen is now at eye level, I switch to PC mode and use the flight simulator or use the computer similar to a desk top.

This is the best Down and Out Swivel Mount you can get. I have been using this product for two years and no issues. Very happy with the purchase.The default setting of the mount is really hard. If you unscrew the nut, it gives lot of motion as needed....

Exactly what I wanted!
I have had this on my fireplace for a few months now. It is exactly what I wanted. I have a 55" hanging on it and have seen absolutely no issues. I would recommend a second set of hands for installation.

Great solution for fireplace mounting
Works as advertised and the only solution I could find that fit my needs my 65'' TVInstallation was a bit of a pain and the manual could be improved a bit (more IKEA-easy-like) but nothing that I think a skilled person couldn't tackle.

The best mount there is
The best mount there is. It got installed in our training room and it is a fantastic accessory to have for a large TV.
