How do you consume it without gagging?** A: This product has made such a difference - I tried the capsules for a couple of years but the gel capsules start "leaking" invariably (I think the oil contents over time dissolves the glycerin capsule.) The liquid is much more cost effective and I really abhorred the slimy capsules. So yes, the taste is bitter and pungent but it does NOT linger and washes away quickly. What I do is have my coffee ready - I take a drink of coffee then (this is important) STOP breathing through your nose and just mouth breathe. Take your spoon of PPC (keep only mouth breathing) followed by a sip of coffee (still mouth breathing.) ONLY start breathing normally AFTER you have swallowed the 2nd sip of coffee. If you are diligent about only mouth breathing, you will not taste a thing after that second sip of coffee - the PPC taste rinses away brilliantly without lingering. If you do get a whiff of the taste, I try to think of it as a "nutty" flavor (it does have overtones of hazelnut.) Thinking that way makes it a little less gross if you get a trace of taste. Good luck - it's worth it I can say having used it for years. On most sites the product sells in the 16 ounce bottle. This is an 8 ounce bottle.
