what are the max and min heights?

The Shimpo-Nidec stool adjusts from 18" to 26"

I m not sure of the exact weight of one of my students but he is about 220lbs. When he is using the stool he has it on the second to shortest length and has been throwing with me for about 1 1/2yrs. Hope this helps.

Does this require assembly?
