Worked great even with headers.

worth it
I've had 2 broken exhaust bolts as long ad I can remember on my GMC truck, the old repair option was very costly, this took care of that repair in 30 minutesn. Now, I have a body lift on my truck and the rear repair, threading into the back side of the head is tough with the extra clearance, it must be a bear on a stock truck, but still worth the time to fix and how relatively easy it was. seems a very well made part.

Decent for the price.
Okay, if you're expecting KAP (the guy who invented these) quality at this price point, then keep looking for $2 a gallon gas. They're rough but functional. As mentioned, you need to remove the paint from the threads of the jam bolt and also the head. These take a 16mm wrench or socket, but not with 1/64" of paint on each flat of the bolt. I used a wire wheel to remove the paint from the threads and the bolt head, and it worked okay.On the driver's side back, good luck....no, it's doable, lots easier if you remove the plastic splash guard from the inner fender, pull the heat shield on the firewall (3 10mm nuts) and if it 4wd, drop the front of the front driveshaft and push it out of the way. Be sure to run tape around the u joint so you don't drop the caps!On the front driver's side, the large hole on mine went over a sensor. I didn't find out until it was on that although the hole was big enough for the sensor, the clip on the harness won't fit. Either open the hole up towards the front of the vehicle, or do what I did, remove the clip from the plug. It's a weatherpack connector, so its not falling off.

I only used the driver rear but MAN...it was a beast to install. Jack up car, remove wheel, pull out wheel shroud/guard, remove heat shield, fight getting it in.......but it solved my p0420, so 1000% worth it. I was replacing o2’s until I noticed the exhaust manifold bold head was missing. If you are missing an exhaust manifold bolt, do this ASAP.

DO NOT BUY
The only way to install on the back drivers side (towards the firewall) is to literally pull the motor. You have approximately 1/16 of an inch to try and get the top bolt in. If you pull the motor you’ll have plenty of room. Good luck

Worked well for me
Don’t have the $3000for new manifold installation so this will do for the time being. Not perfect but much improved

It was LATE!!!
The package arrived after a seven day delay. NBD. The box was crushed beyond belief and there were NO instructions. Anyway, after some thinking and application of logic, all became clear and I installed the product. Torque specs were found online. Product does what I wanted it to. No More tick, tick, tick on startup as exhaust manifold is properly sealed. My broken manifold bolt was the front drivers side.

Provided hardware incorrect size
Provided bolts are incorrect sizing for 2006 Sierra Denali with 6.0

Does not fit 2018 Silverado with 5.3L V8
Tried both pieces that were included. Neither had bolt holes that lined up with the ones on the block. Very close but 1/4" out at least. So it won't bolt.
