Love this yeast!
I bought this yeast because I love the Bob’s Red Mill brand. I wasn’t sure what to expect because there were some positive and negative reviews on this product, but I give it a 5 star rating. I received two 8 ounce bags for a great price! They both don’t expire till 2024 and the quality is amazing! I make homemade bread every week and this yeast works wonderfully! Would buy again :)

Just purchased this yeast for the first time. I have used it in two recipes so far and it is awesome! Does not take long to bloom when making bread. And i am very pleased with the resealable bag it comes in. Very sturdy and thick packaging.

Great quality and no chemicals!
This is a great yeast and it has no harsh chemicals which is the reason why I went with this brand. I've been switching everything over to avoid all the unnecessary chemicals and added factors - this brand is pretty good for keeping it clean. I used it for bread and had no issue.

Bob’s Red Mill products are high quality all around. Having Celiac disease, the Certified Gluten Free label is a must. Never had a complaint.

The only yeast I use
So glad to find this yeast on Amazon. It is my favorite and the only one I buy. In the past when my local supplier didn’t have any in stock I would have to hunt it down. This yeast lasts a long time if kept in an airtight container in the fridge, up to a year! It is so consistent. I have never had a bad batch or yeast that won’t revive. For bread bakers this is a must. I love this stuff!
