I heard about Omnitrition about 2 1/2 weeks ago from a friend, did some research and decided to buy. Even though it says not to workout (it's a very low caloric diet), I still chose to do so. So far, I have lost approximately, 10 lbs. In order for this to work (as with any diet), you MUST follow the diet down to the letter, that includes following all the recipes, no improvising. I am 100% on track to losing the 25-30lbs that I need to meet my personal goal. It is also flavorless, which is a plus for me.

Just arrived and the bottle has no seal and the product has a stain on it like it’s been open. Sooo much money for something that has already been used!

You have to follow the program how it is written for this to work. I did this diet before two years ago and lost 70 pounds. Kept that weight off till covid and gained 20 back. I’m just a few days in and lost 4 pounds. This is a diet that works but you have to follow it and do the follow up eating habits or you will gain the weight back.

Seriously taste and smells like tap water!!????? How do I know this isn’t a completely fake product and i haven’t been scammed??!!!! Absolutely no taste other than like tap water!
