The B+M keying combined with NVMe on this drive is relatively rare. Updates: After doing some research, it looks like this drive is based on a Silicon Motion 2263XT controller, which is fine older tech (circa 2017/18) in line with its capabilities. The SM site says it supports x4, but that may not be implemented here. It is a DRAM-less drive, which works for low speed/low end applications, but it will never compete with more modern or with high end drives.
