I have used rescue remedy before, but wanted to try the white chestnut since it is for repetitive thoughts. This stuff is amazing!!! It really does help!!! I take 2 drops under my tongue as needed when my brain starts racing and I feel a difference in about 10 minutes. I have anxiety and the racing thoughts were absolutely horrible!! It is amazing how these drops make such a difference! My days are calmer and I no longer feel that gnawing in my stomach from anxiety and racing thoughts. Highly recommended! I had to re-order it because the wrong remedy was sent, and I was so sorry to read in the refund email for the wrong item I got, that it was due to unsatisfactory product!I have studied all 3 levels of courses at Bach Center, I know how they works and I see it all the time.Two things are important: to pick the right remedies and to give them some time, but then...wow.Wild Oat is the perfect remedy if you are at a cross road in life and don't know where to go, it will be your sign post pointing to the right direction. Wild Oat is also very helpful for those who have ambitions but haven't found their "call" yet. The oat essence really helped me decide on my path. It helped me to find my writing voice and make decisions. I tend to overthink but this helps me to act. You only need one drop in a large bottle of water so the value for money is great, this lasts forever. The taste and scent are like alcohol so if that's a turn off I suggest the glycerin blends. But I don't notice the flavor that much when I put it in my quart mason jar of water.

I bought this for my dogs that can't get along. Not much improvement yet but maybe slightly after 2 weeks. I really want them to be family .I've been putting 5 drops in their water. It's a 4 qt pot of water.
