**Q: How much waste is involved? It seems there is a huge leader and footer when you put the items through. Is it cost effective?**
A: You can reduce waste by positioning the machine so that you can see the area as your item comes out and stop cranking the lever as soon as it has cleared the machine.  If you have multiple items to put through the machine you can feed them in so the emerge in a continuous strip, placing each item very close behind the end of the preceding item.  This method also reduces waste.  Small/narrow items can be placed side by side and run through that way also.

**Q: do you need sticker paper to use?**
A: No.  You do not need sticker paper.  This tool makes your paper into a sticker.  It's fantastic!!  I use it to make cards so I've only used card stock in it.  It can take a piece as wide as 2" so I cut out a flower (for example) run it thru and stick it onto my card.  It's a great time saver and you don't have to use your tape runner on projects that you think you may tear.

**Q: Would this work on notebook paper or textbooks if you wanted to make little arrow flags like post-it makes?  Or would it rip/ruin the paper?**
A: Sure it would work, but let me explain one thing about these little plastic machines: They thread a tape of stickyback that is about 2 inches wide or so. So if you are feeding something into it that is really tiny, it is going to be a headache. Although the truth is that I have stuck ALL KINDS OF THINGS THROUGH THESE including plastic jiggly eyes and furry fabric. The bigger the thing is you wanna make sticky (within these size limitations) the easier it is. But it absolutely will *not* rip the paper unless you are using something like tissue paper. In fact the business-card items I have shoved through worked best. Hope you have an excellent time.

**Q: Once the artwork is placed where you want it to stay, will it eventually stick permanently?**
A: While the adhesive will stick fairly well, this adhesive is designed to be repositionable and will not create a permanent bond. For a permanent bond, go with the permanent refill cartridge.

Cette recharge convient parfaitement à l'appareil Xyron sticker. Aucun soucis d'adaptation. Le seul "bémol" reste le prix... mais les résultats des encollages sont parfaits.
