Great replacement at a fraction of the cost
This was great since I had the original key but had lost the backing.

Absolute junk.
Not even close to EOM. No instructions on how to open and insert original circuit board, and when I finally got it open the circuit board did not even come close to fitting. Also cheap, cheap plastic. Do not waste your money or time on this.

OK but missing logo
One of the reasons I bought this keys for my BMW but I was expecting the logo to be on it but other than that I’m kind of disappointed that the logo isn’t on the key but still it’s a pretty good key

Not an exact match for original 2021 bmw x5 key (looks the same as pictured)
The internal of the original bmw key did not fit inside this key shell. Tried to borrow some buttons, it also didn’t work, the dimensions of the buttons are fine but the pressing mechanism is different where the original key had rubber pieces under the buttons while this did not, making the buttons unusable.

works great
Works great once assembled. They could provide some clues on disassembly or replacement of the circuit board. The original key took some work to disassemble but once I got the circuit board out it was reasonably straight forward to reassemble the new key.I actually took the new key fob apart to see how it worked before destroying my old key which was old and crusty. They need to send some instructions. There is no point sending the top as the courtesy key blade is a blank and not removable from the original.

Good Key
Good key. Looks and weighs the same as the oem. It actually fits together well, besides the back that I feel is a hair higher then the edge, but the same as oem.My big negative is the oem key does not fit this key. So you will need to get the key laser cut to match the oem key. That’s the biggest problem… the first shop I called said they wanted $90 to cut the blade! I’ll call around, I should find someone who can do it for $20 to $30.
