Good quality, perfect fit for my Dell latitude.

This case is pretty much the same as most of the basic tablet cases on Amazon. I thought it was a little pricey for what you're getting but there weren't many choices for the Dell 5285 tablet. I like th built i pen holder and the fact that it will hold eh table at a decent viewing angle when I'm using my BT keyboard.One issue I did find with this case is that it can cause the tablet to overheat if you're doing strenuous work and charging at the same time.If you're just doing basic tablet stuff, email, web browsing etc., its fine. But occasionally when I'm on the road I will use i for editing photos in Lightroom. The table gets very hot when doing this. The table cools through vents in the top which are about 50% blocked by this case. It als cools by radiant heat via the aluminum case which is fully blocked. I'm not sure if better ventilation along the top would correct the problem. I usually just take the tablet out of the case when I know I'll be doing more heavy duty computing.All in all, not a bad case, and since it seems to be your only choice if you have a 5285, i don't think you will go too far wrong if you get it. Just keep the overheating issue in mind

YES it does fit a Latitude 5290, but unlike the photos, it will not work with the keyboard. The Latitude keyboard connects magnetically to the bottom of the tablet, but the case wraps around the tablet and therefore prevents it from connecting properly. I could not find any information as to how to properly fit the tablet into the case, so I can only assume I set it up correctly. Contacted the seller a week ago with no response.
