After some hefty research and having my first full blown bad case of a seven week long sinusitis, I decided I needed to try some heavy duty proteolytic enzymes. Touchstone has the ones I was looking for, so I purchased my first bottle. I am more than two weeks into taking them, two upon awakening and two in the evening. I am off the decongestants and most of the daily evening ibuprophen I was taking for congestion headache at night. I am breathing so much better with these enzymes over anything else I've tried, even going through a whole packet of homeopathic sinus and allergy tablets. I've never had sinus issues before and this condition has thrown me for a real loop. But I am feeling better and can tell these enzymes are helping.
