You get every pennies worth with this pan. I am impressed.
For the record, I am reviewing: Fat Daddio's POB-9134 Anodized Aluminum Sheet Cake Pan, 9 x 13 x 4 InchI have to say that I was a bit concerned about the price, but I can assure you that it is well worth the cost. I bought this because I like to make a deep dish lasagna and I have not been able to find a pan that works without bubbling over and making a total mess of my oven. This pan is amazing! Heavy, durable, easy to clean, and believe me when I say that the ability to clean a piece of kitchen equipment is a really top priority for me is an understatement. I am a stickler for keeping my kitchen stuff looking like new. I hate it when I go to cook at the VFW or the American Legion and everything in the kitchen has baked on grease or carbon and they have not cleaned it properly. I have to spend a day cleaning everything I want to use the next day before I can use it. This pan is super easy to clean, no spots for grease to hide. I am very, very happy with my purchase. I will look for this brand again when I need other pans. One other thing, the rim at the top of the pan has enough hang over to give it real support and that is an example of some very fine engineering.

Amazing
I bought this pan because this style/material was highly recommeded by a trusted baker for making brownies/cakes. Prior to this I used to use either a glass pan or one of those kinda flimsy non-stick pans you'd get at a big box or grocery store. I figured I would give these a try and see how it went and if it made a difference.I gotta say ... making brownies in this pan was SOOOO much better. The cooking times are correct, everything cooks evenly, its an entirely different world. The fudgy brownies were cooked perfectly with a nice papery top ... rave reviews from my family.I didn't think it would make that much of a difference but it really does. I am planning to switch to this style of pan (and ideally from this manufacturer) for all of my pans as I start looking at recipes that would need round/square/rectangle pans.

Impressive quality
Love this brand. I have ordered multiple pans and they never disappoint. Heavy, clean up easily and do not warp in a hot oven. Highly recommend also customer service is 2nd to none!

Ultimate sized wider bread baking pan
7" x 11" x 3" deep pan. I bake most of the bread we use. I wanted a pan at least 6.5" wide for a good man size sandwich once cut in half for ease of holding. The two halves fills him up. It's easier to make one wide sandwich and then cut in half than it is to make two.I bought two of these pans specifically to bake wider bread. I made two loaves the same evening after delivery. The 7" width is great. The 3" deep sides makes for a 5 or 6" high loaf. I used a site's recipe for the longest Pullman bread pan, but I did increase ingredients by 25% to get a taller loaf and account for the width of pan. I had to increase baking time by a few minutes, measuring bread internal temperature at 185 degrees to tell me when it was done. I made a Panini press sandwich with the wide bread. Scrumptiously wicked good sandwich. It'll griddle up great too.I know I'm going to love these pans as much as I love the smell of home baked bread. I used the Baker's flour/oil spray which let the bread release from the pan easy enough, but I'll use solid cold lard and flour next time because it stays in place during the first crucial minutes of baking better than the spray which tends to run down into the bottom of pan.

Great Quality
These looked like great quality pans but were a 1/4 inch too large to fit into my toaster oven!!

Sturdy pan, Don't put it in the dishwasher
Great pan, very sturdy, and just the size I wanted. It says not to put it In the dishwasher, and I didn't listen and did it anyway. It now has a weird texture, and everything sticks all the time. It's not a big deal for me I grease it up with Crisco , or oil and use it anyway I haven't had any of the finish come off and it does not change the taste of the food. With the pan well-seasoned stuff doesn't stick anymore.

Nice pan
Pan works great and in deep enough for making lasagna. When making cakes, follow their recommendation in reducing heat by 25 degrees.

Good and affordable
A solid 9x13 inch baking tray for my traybakes. I was having trouble finding one in that size in both light aluminium and a raised edge, and this had all of that plus great quality.
