Great start and resource for Tabletop RPG's (D&D)
This is a great starting point for RPG players as it contains an adventure, relevant miniatures and a double-sided full colour map.I'm a seasoned player of RPG's and really love this set and all the other one's actually. Overall this gives you all you need to run an adventure and guides you through the expected results of the storyline. The production quality is really good and I'm quite impressed with it, so much so I bought everything available and immediately felt inspired by the sets (the monster sets are impressive!)The only downers are there's a typo or two in the booklet and some of the encounters are focused with set expectations that you have to read fully to understand what it wants, not a bad thing but if you want a quick summary, you'll be disappointed. Despite this, it's perfect for beginners and experienced players.I highly recommend this, if you can get these below £30 it's great value for money

Shocked in how good quality the product is.
I'm amazed in how good this product is, the booklet they have for the mini DND adventure is so helpful and helps you find ways to introduce these goblins into your world's. These guys above and beyond with this product and they are so well priced.

Really impressed with this product!
This product is great value. You get a bunch of mini's that you will be able to use for your games. The detail on the mini's are really good as well. I do also like the battle map and adventure that come along.

Swamp goblin mayhem awaits
A fantastic addition to any Dm's collection, this box set is an easy adventure to drop on your players at any point in your campaign. The 20 minis in various sculpts are gorgeous straight out of the box, and the battle maps and adventure booklet just makes it an ideal purchase. I'm looking forward to adding the rest of the range to my collection

A great adventure
This set is great, I bought it as we needed some goblins for the d&d we are playing, the two encounters that come in the box proved to be a brilliant side quest. I've also loved painting these figures up and will be getting other sets from this range.

Well thought out and well delivered
My son played this with his group and they loved it - worked very well and the miniatures are super. I've already ordered another of the Epic Encounters.

Decent setting and monsters let down by poor maps
This is the second Epic Adventure I’ve purchased and it has the same issues with a dark and murky map as the other (Kobold Mines). This one is worse, however, because part of some of the platforms where battles might take place is just entirely cut off, huts with objects inside are only depicted as rooftops, which works for Fog of War but does not do the work of helping players visualise the space. The whole thing is incredibly dark and lacks contrast. Both sides of the. Map look like art that was quickly populated with necessary items and then a grid slapped on top. The second map involves a hollowed tree with three levels, but the edges of each level are blurred even though there is a 10 foot drop between each. The minis are decent, a few mould lines but solidly constructed and relatively easy to paint. The adventure scenes are detailed while the setup is flexible enough to drop it into your world. I don’t grudge the price - as the minis alone are a big draw, but it seems like it would not take much more effort to make the maps more usable.

Great value for the minis.
Let’s be honest, you don’t buy this for the one-shot or the lame poster-style battle map. You buy this because it comes with a crude-ton of great goblin minis. And it does btw. They are dynamic and really great detail. Gives so many more options than your basic and (eventually boring) goblin. Great twist to keep veteran players engaged.

Trae muchos goblins y ranas bueno para armar buenas historias y unos one shot lo recomiendo junto con su complemento de la hiedra para completar la experiencia.

Awesome! With fantastic details.
Awesome! I bought it for the figs, you can never have enough goblins! I can't wait to paint them, they do need to be primed first. The adventure Is pretty great too! It can easily be slipped in a larger campaign or used as a small 2-5 session game. I love getting new variants of classical monsters to mix things up.

Fun but somewhat imbalanced?
Everyone plays DnD differently, so take my review with a grain of salt. As DM, I decided to mix this encounter into our campaign as we hit level 5. The module has instructions on how to adjust for each range of levels (1-4, 5-10, 11-15), so I figured it'd be simple enough to wiggle around the number of enemies if I saw too much or too little difficulty.Without spoilers, my players had simply unlocked too many class features at level 5 to be challenged by the encounter as it was written. The first half had no difficulty due to Pass Without A Trace and a rogue in the party. The second half was a little better, but they barely burnt through their resources (spell slots and limited abilities) by the time the full encounter was done.I love Epic Encounters, so my main recommendation is to note whether they're labeled for a specific level range or fall in the adjustable category like this encounter. If adjustable, be sure to make some adjustments with your specific players in mind if you want them to feel challenged. While unpainted, the green minis are very nice and worked well even without being painted before use. They're decently detailed, and there's enough variety to make them interesting. The encounter book has little images of each mini by the stat blocks, which made grabbing the right mini much easier during the combat. All in all, I enjoy the set and will end up reusing the stat blocks and minis for other encounters involving goblins.
