Tastes great
Using it for tofu scramble and it works really well. I add more at the end and it tastes great. My daughter said it tastes like egg yolk. I haven’t eaten eggs in several years so I can’t remember what that tastes like, but it does taste great in aforementioned scrambles.

I was told this would make tofu or baked potatoes taste almost like scrambled eggs. I agree! I add a little turmeric to give it the look (color). I like this product.

Unable to Review Due to Unsecure Cap and Seal
The package arrived later than initial delivery date. Although the container had extra plastic wrap the cap was not on tightly it was no screwed on properly. When I removed the cap the protective seal was lifted. I cannot review further as I cannot trust the safety of the product.
