These bridges are really great. They look great in natural setups. I also love that they’re the perfect length and width to be used as bridges, or on their side as dividers in the cage. I’ve already bought two packs, and will probably buy more for my hamster’s cages!Also—not sure about the other reviews, I’ve bought these at two separate times and the wood has always been perfectly clean.

A few notes on this product, so I'll break it down.Pros: It is what it says it is. The bridge is incredibly flexible and sturdy. Good for little active pets. It's a good size and you get 2 for an amazing price.Cons: Don't expect to open it and put it right in your pets cage. They arrive incredibly filthy. I cleaned mine real well and baked them for good measure to make sure they're safe for my pets.Overall, I'd say its a good idea to clean most things before giving them to your pets anyways, and if you don't mind the effort it's an amazing deal.

Edit* (The only issue I had was the silver paint on the end hooks. I scraped it right off no problem. I've had these for a lil while now and they are good. Very sturdy. Even with bending them multiple times no signs of wearing down . None of my hamsters seem interested in chewing them. Only a few times when it was new to them. I didn't have the mold issue like some have mentioned and like mentioned in description. But regardless it is always a good idea to sanitize everything you buy for your pets and yourself. I will be buying more of these. If the seller reads this and if it is in their control I advise you to not paint the end hooks. There is no need to paint silver hooks silver. )I bought these to use in my hamster cages. They arrived earlier then expected which was great. Upon inspection the end pieces that I should be able to hook to the cage or tie something to are so deeply impressed into the wood that nothing can hook into them. I can dig the wood out around them so not a huge problem for me. What concerns me is the end hooks are painted with something silver that is chipping off right out of the package. Unnecessary paint. I will not put them in the cage until I get it all off. With that said they feel very strudy and the logs are thick which I like. Not sure I will buy these ones again though due to that silver paint.

I love these! Came fast and in perfect shape! Priced amazing! I was looking for some that could fit into my sand boxes to add a little more fun for my hamsters and make it easier for my senior syrain to get out of her sand box and these where perfect! Many syrain hamster owners know that bendy bridges are a must have for many things and that they come in all shapes colors sizes etc so I promise you can’t go wrong with ordering these!!! The bridge I used to compare these too are the petco ones!

My guinea pigs love them. I was concerned about bugs and mold, but mine arrived in excellent condition. For good measure, I soaked them in boiling water for about 5 minutes and then left them in the sun to dry. They are perfectly fine a year later. Thank you.

Looks like a home made item. The wood was very dirty when i got it and it looked like mold was starting to grow. I boiled them before putting them in my hamsters cage, by boiling it i could see how much dirt and muck was on the wood.Now that it’s been boiled and cleaned it works fine.

I ordered a 6 pack. 3 look as expected. 3 look questionable.The price is very low for a 6 pack, so if you are looking for many additional bridges perhaps it's a risk worth taking. I wouldn't order again. I'd probably just buy 3 higher-quality bridges for the same price.There are a lot of gaps, which is not great for hamsters. Bridges like this offer so much usability though so even if I wouldn't use them as a bridge there's plenty low risk ways for me to use them.

I received two bridges, one that looks like the advertised wood bridge, and one that is definitely made out of a different type of wood. I didn't realize they were supposed to be the same until I looked back at my order. I am unsure what happened but the unknown wood bridge is made of smaller wood pieces. While it is functional and seems safe, It is not what I ordered.Now, for my review on the one bridge I was supposed to receive:The wood is ugly. I'll just say it straight up. Looking at other customer's pictures, the bridge I received also had the ugly lumps, splinters, and blister. It is very uneven and I can tell my hammy doesn't really like walking on it so I use it as little hideout instead. There is a larger gap in the middle of the bridge that can definitely catch some toes if the hamster's not careful. They feel fairly sturdy, but it still does feel very unpleasant to bend because of the splinters.I'll be returning the bridges in case they were some sort of dud or were mispackaged because if not for the questionable wood quality, they are really useful to have around.
