The inserts are 2.25”. Would have saved me a lot of reformatting if I had known that from the description when I bought them! They made fun medals for our Nurses’ Week celebration.

The media could not be loaded. Oh, I absolutely love these little metals they were very easy to open. I ordered some custom stickers to be made with my business logo on them. Then inside of the actual metal I put like a little plastic gold coin I was buying metals but I teach over 300 kids so by the end of the year I was buying hundreds of dollars worth of metals so here these are cute and inexpensive and I can hand them out like crazy

They arrived as promised and as all other reviews alluded to -- the product is cheap but works for what we needed them for. I purchased a total of 168 medals (7 packages) so there was no way I was changing out the ribbons for better quality ones but honestly, the ribbons that came with them weren't that bad (I thought they looked worse in the photos than in person). For the price these are the best option I could see out there that would allow customization, especially in a tight timeframe. I ordered them for our special public event and needed them shipped and finished within a week and it was all possible. In the end, I think they came out great and were a way better option than those cheap 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place fabric ribbons, which were actually more expensive if you can believe it.

Nothing fancy, but functional. I use them for notifying new candidates for the National Honor Society at my school. Current members decorate and personalize the medallions for the new members.

These are okay for kids. Anything actually put inside the plastic is hard to see, the plastic is not completely clear and distorts/ blurs whatever is inside.The ribbon is crushed and bunched so they do not drop down and hang great. I had bought them to use for a work event. They were not a huge success for what I wanted.

It was hard to open up .The children struggle. We finally was able to separate it and get it open.

My son was having a Star Wars birthday party and he wanted to hand out awards to his friends after they finished the obstacle course. We couldn't find any that were Star Wars themed but then I saw these. These were perfect. We found a picture online for one side and then he wanted a saying on the other side. So we printed them out, cut them out in a circle and they fit in great! One side pops off so you can insert the "badge" inside. The kids were running around and in and out of a sprinkler with these on and they didn't pop apart or get wet inside. Highly recommend these for anyone who likes to be creative and create their own design.

I ended up using a circle that was 700x700 pixels or 7.2 inches and it fit pretty great. Shrank just a tiny bit when I had them printed off at staples but fit great with my test print at home. The clarity of the plastic is a little cloudy and the metal that holds the ribbon to the plastic was bent on a couple of them but for the price it was great.
