Working muscles I forgot I had
Out of shape because I haven’t been able to use my legs(they’re in compression socks and must stay elevated.I got the ankle weights, walked up to the dumpster, then took them off and walked around the swimming pool.I walked home and took them off. I noticed that I could maintain balance.Went to sleep and woke up. There was so much pain because I wasn’t used to using the muscle. That helps me stay balance. These fit me well I’m 6 feet 1 inch243 pounds.Fit like a glove totally recommend

weight difference from display
the weight displayed is total, not per wrist, i got 6.6 its 3.3 per wrist, im not surprised by this, still an excellent product, if may feel uncomfortable at first but moving the weights around helps that

Powerful and Strong
Upgraded to 11lb leg weights after wearing 5lbs I had. One thing I love about them is how they distribute the weight better on the legs keeping less stress on the ankles. I usually wear them all day at work and can really tell the difference once I take them off.few suggestionsI found while wearing this product. Its just a few things Ive run into after a few hours of wear. The first would be instructions or suggestions on which strap to strap up first, Ive been assuming it's big, medium, small but I have found that sometimes they tend to slide down the leg causing the second issue. The top strap rings tend to move and bunch up causing the strap to pull against the back of the leg. No matter if put them lower or right behind the knee they slide down throughout the day.The other problem is that the top strap is just a little too short; Im not the smallest guy in the world, but even on my stick of a friend, it barely is strapped on and that was wearing them under clothing.1/2inch would help a little more. I had to take some of the plates out to make it fit better.Lastly, the ankle strap would work better with a little more Velcro. That way it can wrap around the bottom flaps under the weight giving a more supported feel, plus it might help keep the weights from sliding in the pockets down past the strap.Overall I loved this product, and the customer suggestion email was a great touch.

Flexible, comfortable, easy to use.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought this because of the flexibility to change the weight and the ability to use it on wrists and ankles. Works great, but don’t run in it lol.

Best feature - cheap
I want wrist weights with solid weights inside, not that sand-like substance in other wrist weights, and these have that, so that's a positive for me. Also, these were very cheap, so that's also a plus. One of the downsides for me is the texture of the material. It's not great against the skin on my arms/hands; it's scratchy/abrasive, at least for me it is. The metal rods inside of them dig into my arms a bit when I'm lifting weights with them on my wrists; which is somewhat tolerable, but unpleasant.'Features' I want in wrist weights are:- easy to tighten in place (on my wrists)- easy to get in a comfortable position (on my wrists)- easy to ensure they don't slide up and down (on my forearms when I'm lifting)These wrist weights fail, for me, at all of these. I would not recommend these to anyone who has similar concerns to me, who plans to use them on their wrists while lifting free weights. I will continue to use them and not return them because they were cheap, and so am I.(* The previous wrist weights I had had those 'bean bag' weights, and while using them they leaked sand all over my basement, which was unpleasant, so I prefer something with solid weights inside.)

Used it jogging last week. Worked well.

Good for walking
They slip after a while so some adjustments are needed through out but they weigh in above the sold description.
