Fits smaller than sizing guidelines...
During this cold season of 2022 I need a few good pair of "long-johns". Following the sizing guidelines, these Thermal Underwear are cut small. Now I don't look like the male model in the product info photos.I think I'm I have the perfect "dad-body". I first started with the Large size. They fit really tight, almost too tight. (an incentive to loose weight). I wore them anyway b/c I needed thermal underwear that day. I liked the warmth so much, I ordered the Extra-Large XL size. They fit a little better, but not perfect. I just order two more of the XXL for the rest of this winter. Call me foolish for buying six pairs now, but I need thermal underwear...They're great, just cut small IMHO. I'd order a size larger than you normally would, unless you look like the underwear model!

Comfy and Warm - Fit Well
Got these for an upcoming ski trip and immediately tried them on when they arrived. I am getting another pair now. Im 5"10, 170lbs, so pretty average size. Medium fits me perfectly. They are bit snug (which i want for a base layer) and very comfortable. The neck/collar is a little big, but no different than some of the v-neck style shirts today. The exterior has a spandex/lyra feel while the inside has a microfeecy kind of feel. They feel a bit thicker than a regular base layer and seem to be pretty warm. Will write an update after my ski trip and getting to use them in the wild, but I am pretty impressed thus far! 01-31-2002-23-20Returned from my ski trip. These are great! I got a 2nd pair after my previous post. These are warm and comfy and layer well. It was -11 for several days and I was fine with these and thin/waterproof shell pants on my bottom half. For my top half, I layered with a light performance jersey and light wind breaker with an outer shell. I never felt cold. I wore these as my base layer for 2 days of active skiing and they didnt stink after removal. No issues with stitching or quality thus far and i have washed them now a few times. These seem like a great base layer for a wide range of winter temps!

Good product but interesting...
First of all the material is fantastic. It wicks moisture as expected and keeps me feeling warm and dry while skiing. I normally buy thermal underwear to fit snug. I believe it works better that way. I purchased top and bottom in the extra large (XL). The top fits just the way I like it. It is long enough to cover my waist and some of my butt. The bottoms are the interesting part. The legs have extra material to cover my ankles but the top including the waist band seems short on material. In other words I have to pull them up into my crotch so the waist band reaches my waist. It's not uncomfortable but they did ride down some during skiing. The material in the waist area does seem equal to that of the legs. Hard to describe and by the way, the labels are in Chinese. I wasn't sure how to wash them but I assumed washing and line drying to be the best practice. I will buy them again but perhaps an XXL in the pants.

Best Base Layer on the Market (not for Dad bods)
For everyone concerned with the size let me clear it up. I am 5ft 8 185 and the large (m100) for me perfectly! These long underwear are meant and should fit very tightly, like a wet suit. They also create warmth by you moving around. Thats how they are designed. I wear them under a cross country racing suit on extremely cold -10 to -20f and after the first mile I am toasty warm. They may feel cold when you first go outside but that’s ok start moving! They are also NOT designed for a “dad bod” . So if that’s your body type I would suggest a thicker and looser long underwear. If you are a x-ski racer, alpine racer, winter runner, fat biker or winter hiker I would highly recommend these long underwear. I live in MN where winter temps can be brutal and these are my go to base layer every time.

If you want a normal fit buy 1 size up, if you want a loose fit buy 2 sizes up.
Title says it. I bought my normal size, L, it was way to tight. I got an XL, fix like it should.

Comfortable and warm
These worked great for teen sons first ski trip to Wisconsin. The weather was 8 below. He stayed warm and comfortable in the thermals and ski pants/jacket. No complaints. Fit as expected for men's small.

Super soft under layer but strange small sizing
The son I purchased this for is 5'7" and athletically built, and usually a men's size small. I ordered a size up after reading that it runs small. The medium bottoms were fitted but fine, however the top was too narrow across the chest and the seams were too tight at the armpits. My younger son has a very narrow build, so it was loose enough on him, but the sleeves were a bit short. I will be returning it. Great material, but the sizing needs to be adjusted to a more universal fit.
