Resistance Band Agility Training Suits

You have to read the fine print, it does not come with the hand attachments. The bands do not fit above the knee, you have to use below and you have to wear shoes or it slips. If you order off Flex Nimbo website it costs $36 for the hand attachments and $20 for shipping. You could make your own easier with cross belt, it has rings, and buy the band you want. There are exercise vests for $60 or so with rings for arm attachments. Ankle attachments and arm attachments cost around $6. Just an expensive gimmick. Should have just bought a bowflex on craigslist. More exercises and cost less. I bought the crossfit belt with the rings and 12 inch straps to knee and ankle bands. Can do the same with arms. Cost $100 for the leg set up with twice the bands and more secure. Can make your own tubing with simple hand holds for your arms and add bands at the elbow if you want for less than $30. So for $100 less you can make a more effective set up with better bands.

This is a great product in training for anything. I'm an older athlete and it really helps sustain my strength and mobility. By far the best functional strength item out there.
