No surprises
As expected, fast shipping and all easy through Amazon. If I try to buy them anywhere else, as I am in HK, it would have been more expensive and hard to get. These are the simpler headsets, proven quality and no complications

Very nice headset.
At first, I was disappointed because the sound was scratchy, almost buzzy, and that was in two different aircraft (Boeing 737NG), but now it sounds great in every plane I've been in recently. Could it have actually needed "breaking in"? I love the boom mic. Easy to position compared to the company provided Plantronics with the very rigid mic tube. Lightweight and comfortable and even reduces noise just a tad.
