High quality dual port design.
I am frequently in an environment that prohibits me accessing the Cloud and need additional storage space. This 1TB flash drive fits the bill for compact additional storage. The USB-A and USB-C connectors are a big plus as well. Laptops are currently moving away from USB-A so I needed access to either port. The versatility is another big plus. Construction is also top quality.

Works great and haven't had any major issues
It works as intended and hasn't had any issues with the capacity or anything. only issue I encountered is the fact that the lid part of it can easily be snapped off, however that is nothing major as it doesn't break.

This Puppy Gets Very Hot
I was initially excited about this beautiful technology but after inserting it into my iMac's usb-a slot, the drive began to get hot. After using it for less than an hour, the drive was too hot to the touch to remove bare-handed. I got a hot mutt from the kitchen, ejected the drive and removed it with the mitt. I'm wondering, since "heat is the enemy of electronics" just how long this device will last.

Hot, slow, forgets file size of data.Have a 512 plastic version that works like a usb should work. This 1TB metal is terrible unreliable quality.

Verify the Stromboli strap
I have had excellent reliability with SanDisk products, this drive had a solid feel. I would buy again.I contacted Stromboli's awesome customer service, they found and removed the defective batch of straps and offered to send me 10 replacement straps! Yea Stromboli customer service!!!

Drive is too hot to touch and upload speed is garbage
Bought this product to upgrade from my current 250g drive that is similar with usb/usb c. Unfortunatly the product is garbage to transfer from my smaller drive would take over two days at it's current speed and the drive itself becomes too hot to the touch, had to pull it out of my computer using a glove. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.
