Congealed purple lump came out of the bottle and did not dissolve in my hand or hot water. I certainly didn't even attempt to put it on my hair. Was it genuine? I have used this product many times before and it has always been shimmery pink.

The new version is not so good as the old one. Shampoo and conditioner still good products but I am a disappointed customer, as before it was excellent.
