A solid meal replacement drink. I love that they do the third party quality control so I know everything on the label is correct. I usually use 12oz of water, a few cubes of ice and my blender bottle, and never have clumps. Taste is smooth and keeps me satiated. Great for when you’re cutting and trying to keep the hunger down.

Ive used tons of MRP on amazon . Their best alternative quick meal and to lose weight .So If your looking for a quality meal replacement this is it . Great ingredients .Price is a little high . But when you look at ingredients you see why . Not filled with cheap artificial ingredients and terms protein blend that doesnt state what proteins/ amounts . Nutra Bio states everything in it on label . Plus most important thing . Label doesnt say manufactured for . Says by ! Means nutra bio makes all their products ! And doesnt use contract manufacturer and slap a label on like most protein brands do with fancy marketing like real food . Plus Junk brands your body doesnt take in all the artificial ingredients as nutrients to function . Most protein companies are just marketing brands using same ingredients from contract manufacturer with different label. Any label says made for is contract manufactured .

Like other protein powders I have tried it tends to clump up unless you mix it in a blender. A shaker bottle only goes so far. I found it much more filling when mixed with milk instead of water. Mixes alright with a banana. My only complaint so far is that I wish there were more servings for what you pay. That said it has less sugar and tastes comparable or even better than other powders.

It's got the supercarb in it. When dieting hard, I consume this only for my workouts. It's perfect. Get all the benefits of a carb boost and go right back to fat burning post workout. Because its fast absorbing it does not affect your ketones. And it taste awesome.

Absolutely fantastic!!! Mixes really well with just about everything flavor is great and will hold you over tell your next meal with no problem 10/10 highly recommend. The chocolate goes great with OJ.

Flavor is not great however shake kept me full for quite a while.
