Working out helps you achieve and maintain fitness, and so you can build a body that will allow you to meet any physical challenge that life’s throws at you. If you suffer from gas, nausea, bloating, diarrhea, or abdominal pain when you take protein supplement, does it really means you “fit”? This protein powder is designed to be easy on your stomach so you can get the most of both you life and your workout! The protein powder taste like an average chocolate shake or milk. Despite all the good things this product is a bit overpriced, imagine paying for 30$+ for a pound of powder. Overall I like this product and I would recommend this, to people who is willing to pay overprice in this product.

I'm a powerlifter and have been for the past 7 years now. This stuff works good, has almost no taste to it (I drank it with sink water and couldn't taste it at all), and mixes absolutely flawlessly. Do note that there are 29 scoops and this is 2lbs... The bottle is bigger than I originally thought it would be, but it was no issue at all.I usually eat a bit of candy while warming up to my top sets, and have heard of Dextrin and wanted to try it. I'm glad I did - compared to nothing at all, this stuff absolutely makes a noticeable difference in energy levels both at the top set and when tapering to the end. Compared to any candy (personally I like to have Swedish Fish), I can still feel a little bit more energy at the end of my workouts with this, which honestly is kind of impressive. I'm sure by the time I finish the bottle next week I will miss it greatly when I know I could still have energy left for another heavy rep at the end of my set.That said, I can't recommend this to anyone that hasn't tried any other form of intra-workout or just casually works out - for over $2/scoop, and I usually use 2, I could probably recommend a hundred other things. If you're a serious powerlifter/bodybuilder and have money to burn, this is a genuinely effective product, and better than candy, both in performance and macros. But if that isn't you, just stick to your preferred source of simple sugars.I took off a star because this is clearly just generically marketed towards anyone working out, which this product is definitely not meant for at this price point. It won't really help with recovery, "fat burning furnace stays on" is bad marketing, and it won't help with hydration at all. You should honestly have another source of fresh water or really dilute this stuff because it will make you extra thirsty.

I wanted something to try that is similar to maltodextrin for workouts, specifically endurance runs since i am training for a marathon. The flavor is a little sweet but its like a diet sweet kind of flavor. Its not a sweet flavor like a preworkout or anything fyi. That said, it works well enough for workouts in the gym as you’ll have rest periods but when you need something that sustains you during endurance running like i am, it falls really short. I found myself wanting something with more sustenance. Also, what was really surprising in a bad way was that a level scoop is not one serving. I would definitely advise you to measure your scoops when you use it - i would go as far as to say the scoop is about 75% of the stated grams

I got this for my husband as apart of his workout routine. From his perspective he said this could be used for Pre and Post workout which he uses for his Post workout to help him not feel so sluggish since he has to usually go to work not to long after he works out and this helps with a little engery. He said this has no real taste to it and it blends really easily which he uses a blender bottle which blends the product into the water with a push of a button. He also stated that this would be something he would purchase again given the chance.

This has 29 Servings in it and I find that it definitely helps to keep my strength going and I don’t feel a crash later. It’s virtually flavorless and mixes in almost instantly when I add it in with my protein shake or sometimes add it in with my workout energy drink while I’m working out. It’s made clean with GMP quality too.It’s not cheap, but I think it makes a difference and is worth checking out, especially if you’re pushing yourself hard.

i really like this in my regiment. easy to stomach, no flavor to conflict with whatever i mix with it, good dosage, and really helps my recovery. definitely recommend for your heavier weeks!

I usually like taking a Carb supplement on heavy days so I decided to try this product. GLYCOFEED is a very effective product. When I take it, I usually feel like I have more endurance to push out those extra reps and I get a good pump from the excess carbs. There is no actual flavor other than some light sweetness to it but I usually mix it into my pre-workout anyway. It definitely works better than any simple maltodextrin product so that was a plus for me. The only big problem with this product is its price point. It is way too overpriced for only 29 servings of the actual product. My go to carb supplement is Karbolyn and It's quality product for a much more reasonable price. I wouldn't but this product again based on its expensive price point. You can definitely get equally good products from other supplement brands at less expensive prices.Overall, Its a great supplement with a miss on the price. It would be hard to continue to buy this at $60.99 for only 29 servings.This is my honest review of my experience with this product.
