Attachments not the best
Great length cord plugging into car charger, sucks well enough, better than all other portables I ever bought, no longer have to worry about what adapter goes with what.Great little carry case. permanently sits in the boot. The attachments though are really hard to make fit and not really the best, would be so much better if it had better attachments.

Fully Functional & Practical Auto Vacuum
TLDR - Great little vacuum, especially if you have kids or pets!!I recently had a baby, and as much as I've been trying to let go of my OCD tendencies, I couldn't help myself. I do have a Dyson V6, but there are times, especially on road trips or other ad-hoc situations, where a quick cleanup was necessary ... before things got out of control or crumbs were smeared everywhere. Needed a go-between situation.I did not realize there was a pretty large market for portable vacuums, but I was weary. I know there are a ton of products that state all these bold assertions, but don't deliver in practice. Well, I'm glad I gave this one a try!Things I Like- Cord is long, which allows me to pretty much reach anywhere in the car I need to. My SUV has a front, mid and trunk cigarette lighter port, so that was really convenient. Even if not, I could still reach most of the car with the front port.- First thing I did was take apart the vacuum. Often times, people over engineer a product and it becomes hard or complex to work / service. In this case, it was really 3 main pieces ... the plastic cover, the HEPA filter and the nozzles. How long the motor will last is a different question ...- The HEPA filter looks like a thing of beauty! I was wondering how it could support WET & Dry ... since my Dyson HEPA was cloth and any bit of wetness makes it smell moldy after a while. I guess I didn't read the part that it was stainless steel. I posted some pics for reference, but it is a hefty filter with microscopic holes. It looks rather durable, but I suppose time will tell.- The nozzles were pretty durable feeling as well. Not some cheap flimsy 1mm plastic. I like the flexible hose attachment so I can get under my car and in the cracks / crevices.- The bag is a plus so I can keep my OCD tendencies at bay. Put it all in the bag and drop it in the under trunk hidden area :)What I Didn't Like- I would say that the one thing that might have been helpful is the ability to adjust air flow and suction power. There is only one mode unless there is a hidden feature I don't know about.- The manual book could get a set of eyes to wordsmith and polish it up :)- The "tools" are really only 3 + flexible nozzle ... and not really "6". But I do like the fact that they provided different accessories. I think a wide, flat one would have been nice for car upholstery. Most of the attachments are more narrow focused.Overall, at this price point, this is a great buy and has come in handy many times with the baby throwing cereal and "yogurt melts" among other things here and there lol. I have yet to test it with my pets / pet hair, but that is where a more flat, wide attachment may have come in handy. To be continued!

12v plug does not fit in car socket securely
I bought this vacuum to use in my Transit can conversion. I tried it out the day I got it as I had just drilled some holes in a cabinet and needed to clean up the wood bit/sawdust. Right off the bat I discovered a major problem and that is with the 12v plug. It's way to loose of fit in my sockets. Overtime I put any kind of tension on the cord it would lose contact. Even just touching the plug would cause it to quit. I did manage to get my mess cleaned up so as far as the suction goes its not that bad. Cleaning the filter was a breeze as all I had to do was tap it on the edge of my garbage can. Another small problem is the adaptors, there're a bit iffy. The flex hose makes it necessary to use both hands, one to hold the hose and the other to guide the attachment so it doesn't fold in half, very flimsy, this means having to lay down the vacuum itself and drag it along and since the hose is only about 14 inches long that's a real pain. The brush attachment works pretty good but the others could be a bit longer. I like having the carrying case for storing everything together. Now back to the 12v plug. This looseness also causes a buildup of heat and I noticed the plug getting hot, not real hot but working towards it. A loose connection will cause high resistance which leads to excessive heat and can cause an electrical fire. I was going to return the vacuum but since it was doing what I wanted for the most part I went into my mechanic DIY mode and took the plug apart, yes I know I just voided the warranty but since the warranty isn't much anyway I figured I had nothing to lose. Once I had the plug apart I discovered a fuse inside. Thought this was interesting as there is no fuse listed anywhere in the description, on the box or in the instructions. Hope this fuse never blows as i have no idea what size it is, the printing on the fuse is illegable. So to fix the looseness of the plug I carefully bent the negative contacts so they stuck out further. BTW only one of the negative contacts is connected to the cord which may be part of the problem. The only purpose of the other is to provide tension to keep the plug tight in the socket which it wasn't doing. After reassembly I tested it out in the van again and it now stays connected when in use and no heat buildup. So all in all I rated it 2 stars as most likely the average everyday person will not want to take apart the plug to make it work like it should and the possible fire hazard. I do think that if the manufactures had attached both negative connections to the cord it would avoid the problem or just provide more tension like I did.

I LOVED This vac for 5 months -While motor lasted
The picture is of my NEW car Running with Vac Plugged IN- NOTICE NO light?( when it worked you would see a Light on whennplugged into a running car...:( no more)Check if it has warantee if it lasted a year? I would give it 5 stars but for 5 months of light use:( soooo sad loved this thing! This WAS Perfect!!! While it Lasted :( motor and charging light ( see pic) no longer powers lasted 5 months and For that Time ? I loved itWhen I bought a new car recently I decided to get a great vac- well after trying several high end devices - I was disgusted-As each one was more impractical then the NEXT!!!First- If it’s bulky? I may as well go to a car wash and use their vacIf it needs charging??It’s another “ job” I do not needAnd given the size of the seats Most often needing a quick clean up? Using the car lighter gives the most POWER- and least upkeep-I threw this in the car and wanted to write my review so I powered it on just to see if this was another mistakeAnd I was so inspired I cleaned the entire car!( EVEN the trunk- for that? There is an extra long cordQuickAnd easy to use it’s small size is key!!! If it’s just ANOTHER Bulky item to take up space- like most EVERY car vac- I have usedForget it-Get one and make your messy kids clean up- As for me? I may buy everyone one of theseSure it’s not for BIG jobs-But - I may never have a big job again- because this thing is so darn easy to put under my seat and use-Love itNow to return my fancy black and decker model that makes me swear each time I use it and the charge wears out- along w/ taking up too much space-Love it-Face itIf it’s NOT Fast and EASYAnd it’s needlessly complicated by charging and expense-I just won’t use itThis? Was Fun!!!

So-so suction
After reading the reviews I was expecting a more impressive little unit. The suction on this vacuum is not that good. I didn't really expect too much for a car vacuum but expected just a little bit better than this. Also the flexible hose does not fit any of the other pieces. This was a great disappointment because I needed that flexible hose to work so I can get into the nooks and crannies. Would i recommend this? Probably not.
