Great case and customer service!
This is a great case I use it Monday thru Friday on the road traveling it holds up great to TSA (who it usually pretty rough) and is customizable! Also had a wheel break due to TSA and the customer support team (Susan) was great and helped me get a new one seamlessly would buy again!

Great toolbox for traveling
The box is well built. I have flown around the USA for work and the box has survived being thrown around at the airports. The tool box has 3 dividers for tools which is nice but if you try and place tools in each divider the box will not close unless you only place flat tools like box wrenches and nothing with a handle like screwdrivers. Overall I like it and will recommend to anyone traveling with tools.

This is the case I’ve been looking for
I have had a lot of expensive cases including ones from Platte in my career and this is the best one for my needs so far.As with any case it takes a little while to arrange your tools the way you want to make everything fit, but it’s nice to have a case that has a place for everything so you can keep up with your tools.I’ve had this for several months now and it’s holding up very well. Some minor annoyances include keeping the straps that hold the Pallets up will fold outward if you’re not careful and get into the lid closing. The other thing that can happen is if you jostle the case a lot the bottom clasp can come open and drag on the ground.I don’t know why there’s a handle on the bottom, it sometimes is confusing to not know which end you got in hand. One thing I do like about the clasps are that they reach under and pull the case lid closed as you engage them. This seems a lot easier than my previous case that had the ATA flight case style clasps. The plastic lid and case seam is also more forgiving when something gets caught in between.

Avoid
Very Very disappointed!I took a chance and immediately had to remove the pallets due to their poor design.I loaded it up carefully and none of the tools remained on the pallet I did retain due to no strength in the straps.TSA tossed it around every flight and it was a total mess every time I opened it.The top handle broke off.The hinges have popped out of the case, so now the top can easily fall off.The case material itself is strong, but it is a terrible product otherwise.DO NOT BUY!

Solid tool box for travel.
I use this toolbox for air travel. I put shop rags between the tool dividers to keep the tools in place.

Secure, portable, organized
As an arcade Technician, it is a hastle to carry around the tools needed for repair on the standard metal tool box. I got this case as a means to have portable and secure tool storage, while keeping everything organized. And this case does just that! It holds all of my hand tools, various drivers bits, and even my drill and solder iron, with more room to spare! The lock holes in front allow me to ensure that no one can get into my tools, and the telescopic handle and wheels make it a breeze to go from spot to spot. Only complaint is how stuff the handles are out of the box, other than that. 10/10

Travels Well
Have traveled with this tool box for 3 years now. I have checked it on at least 100 flights and structurally it has help up very well. One of th clips for the bottom pallet broke due likely to the weight of my box, about 60 lbs and the rough handling it gets from the time I check it in to the time I pick it up from baggage claim. A few tools come out of their spots, but mostly everything remains where I put them. The latches appear to stay closed during handling. During normal day-to-day use, have had no problems. The wheels make a clicking sounds when rolling, so I should replace them. Highly recommend this tool box
