Absolutely stunning
Love this chandelier. Better than I expected. Took a little time to put together but so worth it. Have gotten so many compliments.

About 20 minutes of assembly time per light fixture, prior to installation.
These are bright and sparkly and work nicely in my foyer. My ceiling height is 9 ft and I didn’t want anything hanging too low. These are easy enough to assemble in about 20 minutes per fixture using the instruction sheet included. They work as they should and the price was right.

Non-existent Customer Service
We we’re missing a small part that connected the bottom part of the chandelier. We wrote customer service 2xs, because there was no phone number. No one from the company ever responded. I wanted to send it back, but my husband went searching for a part to fit. He found a part, and was able to complete putting the chandelier together. The instructions are not clear, so hopefully you have someone with some knowledge to put it together. It requires a lot of assembly. But, it looks incredible once it’s hung. We hung it in our master bedroom. We have received so many complements on it. We got it on sale, or it probably wouldn’t have been worth all the trouble.

Best Crystal Chandelier EVER!!!
I bought three of these babies to go over my center island in the kitchen (because everyone knows that you decorate in odd numbers) and MAN I’m I pleased with this product!!! Everything from the ease of installation to the quality of material to the appearance I give FIVE STARS and TWO THUMBS UP!!! Note: I add extra crystals to my three to give it more BLING!!!

Terrible product. Impossible to put together. Poor instructions. Missing parts. Returning.

Looks very nice
It takes awhile to get it put together. However its worth the effort for the price. The hardest part was getting the crystals hooked in the small holes. and getting the wire and chain cut to size.
