I got what I expected. Crystal was nicely wrapped. There were some nicks in it but then that’s exactly what I expected from a real crystals Overall so had to give five stars because product was on time and as presented.

Larger than expected and weighty. I would purchase again.

Item arrived broken in half. Went in to replace and there is no option to replace and it says this item is NOT AVAILABLE FOR RETURNS.

The stone is as I expected and I will find great use with it. I do have a packing suggestion for the seller. It came completely wrapped in bubble wrap which is wonderful and protected the stone well however, the top of the bubble wrap where the point is was left open and as a result was left unprotected and chipped in shipping. I would suggest adding a small piece of tape to close it up to avoid this. Mine came with a minor chip off the point and I don't have a problem keeping it as I believe it will still get the job done properly.

I got this tourmaline tower today, it was however not as depicted online, much thinner and narrow looking, shorter than expected but I also realized that the point is broken

I love crystals but this one was not worth the amount of money I paid for. It was very small in comparison to what I thought I was going to get. And they don’t allow returning.

The picture is deceiving ,this is actually a lot smaller than it looks. I've bought bigger points for less money,a little disappointed
