I have always been impressed by Pyle Stereo products.. I love this little power amp/stereo receiver. This has lots of power to boost my Bose speakers around my pool deck. The features are awesome, aux, BT (the range is excellent) It is compatible with my Alexa and it works awesome. Very nice looking small, compact design. Instructions was very easy to read. Would buy again!

I really like this Amp Receiver, yes it has FM - thus making it a receiver. I do get a few stations sort of clearly, I live about midway on Long Island, but it makes more sense to go online to listen to a radio station that can’t be received and send the audio via Bluetooth to the amp. Mostly, I play Apple Music from my iPhone. Bluetooth was an easy setup and as long as I’m in range it works well. Choosing from the various amp EQ settings was helpful in making my old, but good, tall 4 way Akai speakers sound best with whatever kind of music I’m playing. I have the Pyle amp in a bedroom. It plays loud enough, and clearly. I read that someone suggested using a correctly rated DC adapter which he thought eliminated a hum. And so, I now only use the a DC adapter to power it up. To be clear, there wasn’t a hum sound produced in the first place, it’s a well made unit, I just did it anyway. As an aside, I noticed that it does not get warm when powered with the adapter vs slightly warm plugged into the wall. By the way, the adapter also doesn’t get warm. Instructions for Playing music from a USB drive was not clear to me. I found out that only mp3 or WAV music will play from a correctly formatted Fat drive and that the USB mode goes on when the drive is inserted. It is not a mode that can be found by scrolling through the modes. I’ll not be using the usb function, I was mostly just following my curiosity on how to do that. A complaint, a minor one, is the remote control could be bigger and knowing which end is which could be clearer when in hand and not directly looking at it. I’ve bought four of these amps over the past couple of months, two I am using and the two others will be back ups if need be, or gifts. Sitting on a dresser in the bedroom, the amp is small enough to not take up much room, and attractive enough to be a cool looking object. Another complaint, I was not able to register the amps online at the Pyle website. There I was asked to enter information like date of manufacture that which is information not found anywhere on the unit or box. And so, I could not register them. I tried calling the supplied Pyle phone number but when I called a recording said they were not taking phone calls and that I should go online. That problem should be addressed by Pyle. I am remembering one more issue on one of the amps, the internal transformer was loose as the two screws holding it down were not tightened fully and the amp base was dented some as a result. I knew it had to be the transformer as I saw that someone else had one shipped to them where the transformer screws and nuts were completely loose and off. They had opened their unit up posted a photo of that problem. For me, I was able to just tighten it with a screw driver from below on the bottom of the unit. Even in spite of all this I like this small, (cute) amp and most importantly I think it sounds great.

For an amplifier that costs less than $30 this is a nice little unit. I got it for saving electricity while watching YouTube by not running my full 5.1.4 atmos system. At the save time getting much better sound than TV speakers. I already had a couple of spare Alesis speakers. When I first fired up this unit, there was a low level, medium high pitched 60Hz buz/ hum. It might have been a bad unit I dont know. I almost sent it back. Then I remembered, This unit also has a 12v power input. I found a12v 5a power supply from an old printer. Plugged it in and, no more buz/hum. Now it sounds great. For under $30. It does the job perfectly. Just a note. There is no balance control on this unit. I would buy another one if the need arose.

Works Great, easily hooked it up to 2 10" Sony Big Boy Speakers in the garage and easily switches to the Radio and TV. HIGLY RECOMMEND !

Getting to the punch line right up front. I'm going to try to return this thing. I'm very frustrated. I feel like they should actually pay me for the time I invested in unboxing, hooking up and trying this thing! But, if I am being fair, if I had gone and read some of the negative reviews, (which call out exact complaints I have experienced), I would probably have moved on to a different choice. So, in the ugliest sense, I own a little bit of this because I should have done a little bit more homework. Noticeable backround noise starts when you turn on the power switch, even with no program content, volume at any setting (0 - 100 %). As far as how loud this noise is: Not as loud as normal conversation. About the same level as you might want your music if you just wanted to hear it but want to not wake up anyone else in the house, or be able to easily talk over it. Maybe the level an quality/character of a running clothes dryer 5 feet away from you (complete with the higher/lower events from clothes rolling around inside the drum). So that's the noise issue. The second one is that the remote functionality is horrible. it's hit/miss and I am pointing the remote directly at the machine with my arm stretched out at it. Remote winds up being maybe 5 feet from the unit, and still does not consistently work. Finally, if you plan to use FM feature, and you think you're going to want to move between stations, then pack your patience. It is a PITA (pain in the ...). For me, it was a "don't care" because my only use case for this thing was going to be BT streaming for music in my study while I work. Really, the only things I like about this are the concept (which is why I purchased it). The small size, BT connectivity (with FM for very occasional local news or music if internet went down) and quoted power all that I needed for this thing to do. If only it could have actually done that. What application would be OK for this? Well, if you're going to "set it and forget it", picking a station or BT source once per day and let it run in an environment where you have a decent amount of base background noise (a store, a workshop with machinery running), then this unit, at this price point, might be able to work for you. It certainly doesn't work in my home study where there is no background noise, the desired music volume might be low, and the ability to easily change setting with remote is important.

***Update*** Almost 2 years in and still good. I had Prime points to burn so I took a chance on this gem. It shouldn't be this good for this price, but it is (as long as it holds up). We will see. It comes well packaged and has nice finishes and is heavier than I expected for this price. If it really puts out 100w then it ought to be heavy to better dissipate the heat generated, so that's a good sign. Functionality is all you could expect at this price-point - Bluetooth connected right up, and the flashdrive loads up and plays like an album collection (I spent part of last winter ripping all my old CDs to MP3s). The radio? Well, don't buy it for the radio. Its scans and saves stations, but it's weak. I got about half the stations I can pick up in my car and some of those aren't so clear. It has 5 preset EQs (Rock, Classical, etc.) plus a No EQ setting. And it comes with 2 mike inputs that I suppose could be used to hook up some other low level source. I don't need it and I haven't tested it. I've hooked it up to a couple of old Boston Acoustics A60s I've had stacked in the basement for years and I think it sounds great. It will play louder than I'll ever want it to in my office and I think it would do all right for a little party out on the deck. If you're hosting a rave you might want to spend a little more money. So I'm happy with my purchase, if it holds up. I can hear my old man telling me "if it sounds to good to be true..." If you don't see an update to this post you can assume it's turned out to be true.

This is OK. What can you expect for $25? I did have to buy a pre-amp to hook up my turn-table to listen to records. I was not able to get a good signal in the shop where I have the unit. The antenna is small and permanently attached to the unit so I was not able get a bigger antenna. Also, It scans for stations and saves them whether they are clear or not. If you want to access the station of your choice, you have to type in the number of the pre-save (#25, #32) so you will have to make a list of the numbers for your saved stations and have it close by. The good thing is it is bluetooth and I will usually just listen to streaming or downloaded music. If you want a unit that you can attach a better antenna, look in the $50 and up range. The sound quality is OK.

I bought this little stereo for my PC, so I could run some good older speakers that I had. This was a great decision. The sound quality is very good, and is easy to set up. Perfect for my PC using RCA audio outputs from my PC to the inputs on the stereo. Great quality for the price! Make sure it's on sale in the sub $30 range, and you won't be disappointed. It is a very small stereo but mighty.

Not a bad little unit. It is value for money and does what it claims to do. Sound quality is good for what it is. Remember this is not a HI-Fi system for audiophiles. Don't expect the world when you pay this type of money. It does the job just fine and I have not had any issues with it so far. I only used a handful of times to date. What I really like is the way it looks. Really commercial looking with the front side bars. I had to reach out to support and they were very nice and responded back really fast. They resolved the issue immediately. I have to say they have the best people working there. Shout out to Shermaine! I would purchase pyle equipment again.

Buen día, Este mini-amplificador me gusto mucho por tamaño, características y calidad de audio hifi. En radio se escucha muy bien. En output con bocinas pasivas de 200w, suena muy bien y solo ocupo menos del 25% del volumen En Blutooth también suena bien. En lo general es un producto de calidad, buen audio y precio, muy recomendado para uso en casa u oficina esta mas que excelente.

I use this in my backyard shed and it works well. Good sound quality (with good speakers) and the Bluetooth option connects every time without having to re-pair each time. Cons: the radio receiver only lets you scan for stations and it doesn't pull many in based on reception. Also I would have liked balance control for the speaker output as there is none.
