Good: Price. Delivery. Works. Bad: Loud. Screws don't fit.
Very reasonable price and very fast prime delivery. And most importantly it works as a replacement for the Elanpower RP-2005-00. As other reviewers have pointed out it is unfortunately very loud. If this were in a bedroom it would be unbearable. Unlike the RP-2005-00 it displays no FCC markings. It does have a CE marking. I was only able to fit one of the screws (not included) in comfortably, the other at a worrisome angle, and the last not at all. It's sturdy enough with two screws but obviously not ideal. The 24-pin connector is longer than the Elanpower's connector which means it'll be a struggle to fit it in a small case and hurts airflow. It may be deserving of fewer stars however the price and scarcity of competing replacement power supplies means this could very well be the best available RP-2005-00 replacement.Update: I eventually replaced this with an FSP250-60FAG which works just as well and is much quieter. I won't revise the star rating as this power supply worked well for over a year of continuous operation.

Cost effective
The fan is a little more noisey then the factory installed power supply. But it is a great cost effective replacement.

but it sounds like more airflow
This unit replaced the Elanpower RP-2005-00 in a Shuttle SA-76 XPC computer. It may be slightly louder, but it sounds like more airflow. The cables were of the correct length and bundled well for a tidy install, more so than the OEM unit. I had no issues with reusing the original mounting screws. The entire process took 15-20 minutes and that includes careful cable management and cleaning out dust and lint. The computer is working well.

Check the voltage!
This power supply is shorter than the original; it is good for the cable management. Please everybody check your voltage input *before* switch the power on, as this power supply can use either 110V or 220V, but you have to select it manualy. I did it the wrong way and got a black out in the apartment and some funny smoke from the box. Fortunatly, it still works with the correct voltage position.

Fan far too loud, but fits and works
The original power supply in my Shuttle had a fan that would change speed according to load. This one's fan is constantly loud. So much so that after several weeks with it I've ordered something else, as this is enough after hours beside it to leave a ringing in my ears. The cables and power output are fine.

Good replacement, too much noisy
working fine, smaller than the original one, the original screws are not fitting exactly. Biggest defect: the fan is too much noisy. It's really disturbing, considering this power supply is for a pc in a living room.
