Product delivery was good but only lasted 4 months. The plug that connects the stator and rectifier melted. (Update) they backed up their product and send me the replacements! Thank you.

I am a certified mechanic and I installed this kit myself. To start, the stator itself didn’t fit quite well, it required some adjustment. The terminals inside the connectors were bent and after all was said and done, it doesn’t charge whatsoever. Rechecked everything just to be sure.

I bought this for my 06 gsxr750 when my old stator burned up and the connectors between the rectifier and stator also melted. Installation is easy if you have good patience and can follow a YouTube video there are no problems with fitment however I used a rubber gasket instead of the one the came with the product. After 2 months of riding the connection between the stator and rectifier melted again however I understand it is a common thing to happen on these bikes in general. After researching the gsxr forums they told me to solder wires together for a strong direct connection. After that the performance has been perfect and I didn’t even need to buy another!

The coils were not generating the necessary current, of three coils only two worked moderately, the third was totally dead, the rest of the components work correctly but the coils are totally unusable, which means that the motorcycle can still not be used. I would hope you can test your products before sending them to people with the idea of avoiding these situations.
