I was very pleased with the function and appearance for the first two weeks. Then I noticed one side wouldn’t fully elevate. Then the ends of the canopy are not secure to the end of the poles that the canopy lifts up on. Then the canopy supports started breaking at 45 days. Amazon directed me to the manufacturer for warranty that allegedly is for a year. No contact info for them is available. I simply want a refund or a new set giving them the benefit of the doubt that this is a one off issue. I bought two and expected them to last much longer.

The umbrella itself is nice, love the large sturdy base and the idea of the design, however… I do not like that the umbrella spins so much (which they could have created a pin to stop this) and it unwinds itself where the base pole and main umbrella pole connect. It is some form of a design flaw that weakens the actual upper part of the umbrella. And you spend more time than needed re tightening the two poles. The umbrella is beautiful, but unfortunately as I have already experienced will require a lot of attention to prevent bending or damage to the connecting portion.

Needed a new large umbrella with a solid base for the intense desert sun. Delivered quickly, set up easy and as you can see large coverage area. I have a large outdoor furniture set and this umbrella covers it all and then some. Large steady base, solid stem, looks great and easy of windup. Very happy with this purchase and exceeded my expectations.

this quality is great! It’s easy to assemble. The bottom is very light and it’s extremely easy to carry from one location to another.It’s very good value.

This is a well made umbrella. Its giant. The opening closing operates well. The quality of construction is good. The only thing I want to warn you about is that the base that it comes with is not weighted. The last time I had an umbrella like this the base received a lot of water inside it for weight. In this one you have to get sand to put around the base in bags that they provide. As long as you're good with that, and the fact that the base does not have wheels or anything, then it's a good purchase for a good price

This is my 2nd 15ft huge patio umbrella.Quality is great! Very easy to assemble. My 7 years old son assemble the stand for me. The bottom is very light and it’s extremely easy to carry from one location to another. I didn’t have sand, it came with two huge sand bag which will keep the stand steady.It is big enough to cover most of the sun in my backyard. The crane is very easy to roll up the umbrella and even close the umbrella. I can close it and tie the umbrella when not use. I love it
