Q: Has the nozzle problem been fixed?

Here it is 2021, and the nozzle problem is still not fixed! Been a Rusk customer for years, but you now have lost me- doesn’t seem you even care to listen to your customers, or fix the problem!

Q: Since Rusk won't fix the nozzle problem, have you found another hairspray that works?

I have to full cans of Rusk in my bathroom that I got from Amazon that the nozzle doesn’t work...... I’ve been using Shaper Plus Can I get a refund on the defective product somewhere

Q: My question is what is the voc on the back of the hairspray? i looked but could not find. i am told it has to be at least an 80.

I cannot answer this question but I spray my hair in the morning, enough to hold it most of the day. By the end of the day it still looks fairly good without feeling stiff.
