Q: Can i use this chalk for deadlifting?

I am a little older lifter. However, the chalk allows me to lift heavier weights without straps. I use it especially for deadlift.

Q: How easy is it to wash off? If I start with deadlifts and move to machines after I don't want my hands to stay white

It is easy to wash off. My hands dont stay white after i wash them with soap and water

Yes, it's the pink chalk with the pink color on hand, and yes, it's with the carabineer.

Q: Is it possible to get just a thin layer of it, not white hands? I need it for pole dance and don't want too much.

Our chalk does make a mess: shake well the bottle, apply a small amount of chalk on the palm, rub hands together and allow to dry completely.
