I've purchased around 20 of these for multiple properties. They are lasting around 2 years max - I've had multiple fail in that timeframe and a few more on the way. Shame because otherwise they're stylish.

Only works normally with filament bulbs. With dimmable LEDs of various designs and wattages, the brightness ramp is very shallow and sudden. The switch has terrible buzzing sounds, even on maximum and looks cheap and nasty. Even the dials are wobbly and not straight. The dimmer's boxes at the rear are pressed extremely tight on the side screw lugs of the back box, even on new unfitted back boxes. I thought BG was a top make but would not buy their products again.
